The initial meeting with the client involves extracting their personality. At this initial stage we get to know their ideas and how they are driven. In this first moment, we set the goals, the scope and the calendar for the event production.
Information is critical and inspiring. Theme creation and development for your vision. Creating the space, visualizing it from the big picture down to the smallest elements involved. Brainstorming and active idealization is critical in this process leading us to different concepts that will better fit the requirements of the client.
All the information, the ideas that have been gathered is presented to the client. Once all evaluated by the client as to what suits their style, needs and vision, necessary revisions will be made and the recreation process begins.
Upon the client's approval, concept and project is executed into materials, equipment and environment related to the event production. Project organization during the event creating a unique occasion that will be cherished, enjoyed and remembered by everyone.
